Several neighbors observed a dog running loose in the North Admiral/Admiral area. At about 3:50 PM, a witness was walking on Sunset Ave by Hill Street and saw the dog running south on Sunset. A woman in a car stopped and said she had been tracking it from Met Market. At about 4:10 PM, another neighbor and the initial observer were still noting the dog.
