[Editor has removed specific place name information, and related specifics.]I have not seen one however I was in a location that is notorious for sasquatch sightings I have now discovered...which has made me look back at an experience I had in February of 1996. We were on a camping trip, on the North east side of Harrison lake, B.C in an area that has [a particular geographic feature] beside [a creek] (I hope I have spelled that correct).Anyhow we were basically in the middle of nowhere, on a 9 day camping trip with a Chevy pickup and a camper on the back. I went out one night to chip ice off the side of the river for our drinks and had an eerie feeling of being watched - I quickly ran back to our camper. That night I woke to our camper being nudged slightly and heard a very deep sniffing sound as though something was outside smelling all around the truck. Our bed was located in the camper above the cab of the truck and whatever it was was tall enough that it's nose was at that level. I froze in fear, my husband was sleeping soundly and never noticed anything. We had been there for a number of days at that point and all the snow around our camp spot was trampled down to a hard packed ice...so I found no tracks.I will never forget that, nor would I ever return there again. It makes the hair on my neck stand on end to this day.

🔍 Circumstances

Only I noticed the events. My hubby is a big skeptic. I was chipping ice off the river edge when i felt I was being watched, my hairs on my neck stood on end. In the middle of the night I awoke from a deep sleep.
