π Description
I was fishing below the outflow from lake Wenatchee. Downstream from the lake, but not as far down as Plain, WA. Anyways as I was walking the bank, by myself, I suddenly stopped because I had a feeling come over me that I was being watched. Very strange feeling that I had never had before. In my youth I fished a lot of small streams and out of the way places and NEVER had a feeling like this. I paused and looked all around, saw nothing. I then proceeded to the river, waded out a little and started fishing. I was not far from the opposite riverbank. Then all of a sudden, a golf ball sized rock flew by my head. I saw it, could tell the rough trajectory from which it was thrown. I put the bill of my cap down and scanned the opposite shoreline. Looked closely, checked up and down the area, nothing. Went back to fishing and as soon as I took my eyes off the opposite bank another rock flew by head. At this point I became unnerved and backed out of the river and back to my truck.
