I was going out to start my car at 4:05 AM to head to work on Tuesday, March 5th. Just as I opened my car door, I heard what sounded like severe weather siren. It was a totally quiet morning, with no wind or animal sounds. I could not hear any traffic noise either. I stood there for a second and heard the howl sound again, twice. A few seconds later I heard the samari chatter breifly and it led right into another howl. That's when I knew it wasn't the weather sirens and I jumped in my car and left in a hurry. There was no visual sighting, just the howling sounds.
