I was taveling to work west bound it came from the river up over the guardrailing took two steps in crossing two lane highway looked at me then disapeared into woods happened on US460 east of Shelbiana KY greenish brownish hair 3 to 4 inches in length 7 to 8 feet tall male I will never forget it as long as I live
